Debbie has been so great with our two young girls. She took the time with our youngest at 9 months old who was very hesitant to go with anyone new and slowly and kindly gained her trust where most other sitters did not have the patience or experience. We are so thankful to have found her!

Debbie watched out 1.5 year old son for a few days while we were up in Healdsburg for vacation. She plugged right in for our nanny and did a great job. We would hire her again in a heart beat!

Debbie is wonderful! We met her when she cared for our nearly 2 year old for 5 days a week for over a month while we were vacationing in her area. We love her. And, more importantly, our little one adores her. She helped to foster in him a love of creativity and nature. The projects they created during their time together are treasured works of art in our family. To this day (a year later), whenever we are back in the area we make an effort to reconnect with her. Debbie is like family now.

I can't say enough good things about Debbie. She keeps my three active children entertained with art, storytelling, and nature walks. She is very attentive and when I come home I can see that they are comfortable and happy in her company. And she manages to keep my house cleaner than I can!

I know Debbie in the capacity of Child Develop Mentor. In addition to dedicated caring for young children in a variety of settings, Debbie has demonstrated a high level of interest in ongoing training and learning in the field of Child Development. As a Trained Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) Professional and a CD Community College Professor, Debbie and I have had many in depth conversations regarding caring for Infants and Toddlers using the RIE and Reggio Emilia approaches. In addition to quality safe caring, Debbie brings a reflective and creative approach in all of her work with young children.

Debbie is an amazing caretaker and teacher for our little baby boy! She is passionate about life and her positive energy shines through when she cares for our son. She is patient, compassionate and creative. Our son really enjoys painting, going on walks, and making music with Debbie. I would highly recommend her!!

Debbie is reliable, responsible and experienced with young children, and also genuinely cares for the kids she works with. She has watched my two toddlers regularly for over a year (ages 3.5 and 1.5), and they just love her. She finds fun, creative ways to engage with the kids, and is very adaptable to any routine or other needs we have ever requested. We are lucky we found her- I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or ongoing care for their little ones.

Deborah was amazing with our two boys. She provided meals for them, both lunch & dinner. She took them on a nature adventure. The boys really liked her. I would recommend Deborah to anyone looking for a sitter. Your children will definitely be in good hands.

Debbie is amazing! I seriously wish she would move to San Francisco so I could hire her full time. While my friend and I were in Healdsburg with our newborns (5 and 6 weeks old), Debbie provided about 4 hours of care each day for 5 days. She was super flexible with her hours (even coming at 5 a.m. one day so we could sleep in). She was incredibly sweet with our babies and they would immediately melt in her arms. My daughter has never been so content as she was that week! Debbie is super easy to communicate with, gave us lots of feedback and was very helpful around the house. When my 3-year-old came to visit, Debbie cared for him in addition to the newborns and made it look like a snap. She brought activities for him that he loved, and he's still talking about her a week later. I'd hire her a million times over!

As new parents, my husband and I were quite nervous leaving our 10 week-old son with a sitter for the first time. As soon as we met Debbie, we felt at ease. She was very sweet with our son and took great care of him while we got to go out and enjoy an evening out. Debbie got the baby to sleep and sent us a picture of him snoozing in his bassinet. This helped me relax and enjoy the evening, knowing our son was in good hands.

Debbie took GREAT care of our 7 month old son this past weekend. Debbie was sweet and professional and we immediately felt very comfortable with her. Her kind demeanor helped us relax and enjoy one of our first evenings without our little boy. As my husband and I drove off to our dinner after meeting Debbie for the first time and leaving him in Debbie's care, we knew we had found a wonderful babysitter we could trust. Debbie texted us a few photos of him during the evening, smiling and playing and then, later in the evening, asleep. I wish I had met Debbie sooner. I would have used her as a postpartum doula. Debbie is so gentle and reassuring and is absolutely wonderful with people - both with adults and with our little boy.

Debbie has taken care of my daughter since she was three months old, in fact she was the very first person outside my family that I left my baby with. To say that she has been a godsend to me and my family would be an understatement. She has a calm, loving, respectful approach to childcare and has taught me so much about the qualities of a good caregiver. She is patient, reliable and communicative. She is creative with the children and is always teaching them and inspiring curiosity. She LOVES my daughter and truly feels like an extended member of our family. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, loving, thoughtful person to help nurture your children through their early childhood years.

We had Debbie sit for our two children over 4th of July, she was great. She easily balanced our 3 year old son, and 1 year old daughter with ease. Our son is very active, and enjoys an active caregiver. Thanks Debbie!

Debbie is the most creative and genuinely caring person. She is intuitive and attentive and very perceptive--able to manage children with patience, grace, and ease. She brings her years of educational experience and engages children in delightful and surprising ways--and needs very little direction, this all comes naturally to her. I can trust her because she is reliable, communicative, and has sharp instincts. She'll prepare meals healthfully and clean up play spaces while engaging the child to do the same--which is a great way of teaching them to clean up after themselves rather than just doing it for them. She is masterful at her job and deeply passionate about children.

Debbie has watched our one-year old son on and off over the last few months. We adore her and our son lights up the moment she comes in the door. When I come home at the end of the day, our baby boy is just so happy. Debbie is constantly engaged with our son, creating fun games my husband and I would never think of. In fact, my husband and I love the care she provides for him so much we look for reasons to book her! I would strongly recommend Debbie as a care provider - you and your children will love her.

My family and I stayed at the Worldmark Windsor and were lucky enough to have Deborah watch our girls ages 10 and 6 and a friends daughter age 8. Deborah arrived at the resort with a bag full of arts and crafts. Deborah fed, bathed, and interacted with the girls so well my oldest told me, "We just had the best meal ever. We really like her!" We are lawyers from LA and enjoyed being able to wine taste without having to worry about the kids. Thanks Deborah!

Debbie is a wonderful and trusted babysitter for our daughter. Her child-development background and experience raising her own family is a real asset. We can count on her to take care of the basics (feeding, cleaning, naps), but she also engages our 20-month-old daughter in age-appropriate creative and play activities that keeps our daughter engaged and learning new things, even when we're not around. Our daughter absolutely adores her.
